Pros
Everyone is very nice and relaxed, definitely a place I enjoy working for. The company pays for lunch once a week and the work keeps me interested. The management is open and honest about what is going on.
Cons
As interesting as the work can be, it is based on what clients need. This can be frustrating at busy times and slow when clients don't need much and there aren't new clients.
