Pros
Most of the co-workers are great to work with. They will listen and try their best to help. It is a welcoming environment.
Cons
Some micro-management practices as clock-in/out times, time tracking and nit-picky sick leave. At the end most end just clocking in / out or tracking time just to guarantee they have their reports. Some employees have benefits that others don't and this is not transparent.
