Ok - Supervisor Engine Power Employee Review

Friendly , many, well experienced coworkers.

Out of date operating system, made position very difficult and very manual. employed on the cheap side and worked extra hours with no compensation over 8 hours. No standard operating procedures manual, procedures made up and communicated on the fly and seemed some of the experienced had own versions of how procedures needed completed. Some bullying and this is my castle type of attitudes. Let them off the hook on couple incidents. position well underpaid compared to industry, also babysitting the dealers was very common day to day.
