Moderate amount of available projects, lots of trainings (really cool), good inter-colleague relations, I was happy there somehow... Fine team buildings, thou rare. Out of the box approach to recruiting, congrats.

Bad management, micro-management too; bad project resource planning; below average communication with mother-firm from Italy, no interaction or reunion, annual parties or so... lots of old technologies, criminally low salaries... unlivable to todays standards. Juniors are below poverty line... Benefits?? What?

Low salaries, old technologies, one week of required vacation in August that is included in yearly vacation days
