Cons
At the European poles (and more particulary at the French one) there's obviously a catastrophic situation in terms of what they call there their engineeur commercial : They fail at mostly every levels : - their sales objectives, - being autonomous with some very basic knowledges (which should normally be their primar background) leading them to always rest on their technical team apparently or on us at Italy (these have catastrophic consequences in terms of time, money and human ressources over-consumptions), - and last but not least , being a minimum honnest/smart/human by understanding that no organization or simple reason can justify that one has to carry their loads of work simply because their not competent. Their non-stop calls at our office is another confirmation of that situation. I would suspect their technical team members are close to death due to apparent extrem overloads that they are they only one to more or less handle (their sales team is unable to do so and I suspect it must charge them repeatedly due to their call frequency). Concerning every Enginsoft poles now and as mentionned in a comment above. I also heard about the managment lack. This is an illusion from my point of view : That kind of request is generally asked, once again, by non-autonomous people in their work. You have objectives and you have efficient means granted by Enginsoft to accomplish them so do it or learn in case you can't. When means are failing ask Enginsoft for some efficient ones. From the internationnal collaboration point of view now. It has been very lately in development, so, it is not mature yet. Some means are already available, but they're not always efficient as expected. From the direction point of view now. My opinion is that Stefano Odorizzi is a very high level skilled person. I only regret he focuses sometimes to much on communication and/or marketing instead of concerning in priority in deploying ASAP cutting edge technology for engineers.
