Pros

Clean floors and nothing else.

Cons

By far the most toxic environment I've ever worked in. Everyone, including management, brings their personal politics to work and berate those with opposing viewpoints. The pandemic was handled horribly because, once again, politics made some believe COVID was a "scam". The company has become a revolving door in a lot of departments with everyone leaving to pursue better opportunities elsewhere. Instead of hiring more people, they instead spread their employees thinner and thinner. They have people literally falling asleep on the job and instead focus on the actual hard workers not working harder. Their idea of "competitive pay" is dated to say the least and they won't offer a raise until someone gives their 2 weeks notice. Management is a giant buddy system with most of them being sadly underqualified for their job. Forget about talking to an HR department that couldn't care less. This place will get a lot worse if they don't get their act together. If you plan to work here, get the money you want before you walk in the door, because all the promises they make you are nothing more than words.

Pros

An intriguing product and technology are available. The benefits are substantial, and the pay is timely. The president is a friendly individual who demonstrates great affection for all employees.

Cons

**Toxin Management:** As the Vice President of Operations, the current leader exhibits a lack of respect for employees, disregards their concerns, and subsequently terminates their employment. This individual’s unethical conduct, despite holding significant power within the company, poses a threat to its reputation. Furthermore, the supervisor does not compete with management employees, which undermines the overall effectiveness of the organization. Engis, once a thriving company, is now experiencing a decline in business due to poor quality and extended delivery times. The Manager Engineer lacks technical expertise but possesses excessive ambition. He feigns friendliness towards employees while deceiving the Vice President of Management. The work environment is characterized by a lack of mutual respect, resulting in the absence of basic courtesy, such as greeting each other during walk-throughs.
