Leaders have a really clear vision for the sport and are very ambitious. It’s a great place to work if you’re highly motivated and want to do something meaningful with your career.
Cons
Ambitions aren’t matched with resources. Not necessarily a bad thing for highly motivated sports professionals but might not suit anyone who is used to working with big budgets.
