Pros
Those you work with are best in class, really care for their work and are dedicated to the job. Being able to connect with colleagues outside of work made coming to work all the better.
Cons
There is absolutely no sense of leadership. They have consultants who came in some years ago to "help" the organization grow, but all they have really done is sow chaos and a sense of "my way or the highway" so much so team members won't make a decision before reaching out to the consultants for an answer. This coupled with the extreme lack of constructive discussions Engle Martin presents itself as an organization that wants "yes-people" at all levels. Engle Martin tends to reward that chaos and incompetence, while punishing hard work and dedication. To that note, the department is on the brink of hemorrhaging talent, which can be directly attributed to two individuals in a "leadership" role.
