Pros
The procedure to teach the student is very easy. As long as you have a presence of mind, good english pronunciation and grammar, patience, and passion, you can pass their training program.
Cons
The environment is okay, although sometimes the office has flies, and the pest control is not maintained well. There was a solid 2 weeks wherein you can hear two rats chasing each other in the ceiling. The computers used are very old, that sometimes they crash in the middle of your lesson, causing you to do extra steps to compensate for your class interruption. There are a lot of deliverables to be done that sometimes you will extend your stay in the office for 1 more hour with no pay. Some regular staff in the office are so unprofessional. Loud mouths and doesn't follow the dress code. The company caters to working students. If you plan to work here full time, unfortunately, this isn't the company for you. Although I can see this company booming in 10 years or so.
