Pros

In a country where most preschools are very traditional and designed strictly as daycare services, and where English academies are based on textbooks, grammar and test preparation only, it is refreshing to be part of a community that is not afraid to innovate and go the extra mile for children's best interests. Creativity is encouraged and since it is a growing company there are many areas you can choose to grow in. Every day is different and there is always something exciting around the corner. The families that choose EFF are wonderful, invested in their children's education and looking for something different. This, along with the beautiful schools, low ratios and a wide range of resources makes teaching a little easier!

Cons

Finding native English teachers that are not just here on "vacation mode" is difficult. Like any real teaching job, it is hard work and only for people that are passionate about children and education!

Pros

Hmmmm......I cannot really think of one.

Cons

Words cannot describe how toxic this school is. They claim to be a school, but really should be called a daycare. The management does not treat teachers or staff with respect, which is just ONE of the major issues with this "school". Image matters over substance. Nothing is ever the fault of the management. Teachers are blamed, parents are blamed, the world is blamed for the constant problems that plague the school. Grown adults that take no ownership of their poor choices or behavior should not be running a school.

Pros

They know how to hire good teachers.

Cons

They don't know how to keep good teachers. Management is threatened by teachers who are more capable than themselves. They exploit teachers, use their knowledge, claim it as their own, and NEVER treat teachers as equals.
