Management and team leads maintain a constant one-on-one communication and show they really care about how you fit in the company and your team. Your opinion is always heard. Constant challenges and opportunities to learn (you are trusted with crucial tasks, but without them micro-managing you, and without overwhelming you). Senior developers extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons
The company was still beginning to grow, so the usual cons for a younger company are included in the package. You are given big/important tasks that might feel beyond your current abilities. If you do not do well under this type of pressure, it might not work for you.
