Pros
I worked for this company for 3 years. I am no longer with them because I am already a senior Android Engineer in a bigger company. I must say that EnhanceiT was my training ground to become where I am right now. They trained me for Android Development (7 weeks). It was a very rigorous training that helped me on my aptitude and quick thinking. The trainers were considerate and reasonable. They provided for my accommodation, flights, transportation and even the laptop or me to use. After my training, it took 2 weeks for me to be deployed to my first project. I must say that the first project was intense because it was a real life application of what I learned on my training but the good thing is I had support behind me. After 3 years, all experiences in my resume are already my own personal experience in the projects that I have done.
Cons
- Corporate housing - could have been better if we had our separate rooms - When you use your own car they will reimburse you for gas and Hotels (up to $75) along the way but I think they should also compensate for the drive. - Housing during projects - maybe they can make it 3 weeks or 4 to give more time.
