      Honestly, nothing that is worth mentioning

      Cons

      Avoid at all costs. Management have no transparency. Suggesting growth in the business when 4-5 people have been suddenly fired within a year of me being here. No training.

      Family atmosphere - great support from the management and not too much pressure - its all about solving the customers needs not all about the money!
