Pros

Your schedule will be wide open because you’ll receive 1/4 of the leads they say they’ll give you and 1/2 will be no shows

Cons

- I was told and trained that their services are cheaper than others in the industry - they’re not - they tell you their processing is not locked into a contract but if you want any commission at all you need to get people into non cancelable contracts - I was hired under the impression I’d be moved up to manager within 3 months of onboarding - where’d I’d become a full time W2 employee. I don’t even think the management role ever existed - guaranteed percentages end up being higher than quoted at the end of the month - very scammy
