Pros
Well paid, often money is just thrown at employees to justify management salaries. Its quite difficult to get fired, no-one makes decision. Problems are left to the last minute, and money is just thrown at it to resolve it. - “I'll make him an offer he can't refuse.”
Cons
Its not a real job, its just an excuse to employ more italians outside of italy at ridiculously inflated salaries. Most of the expats have no idea what they are doing, but that doesn't matter, as some where they have a connected family member that can pull strings.
