Pros
There is none. The only positive thing for me is leaving this Company.
Cons
It may be difficult to fit all of the negatives in, but here is a list of the major ones: - No Leadership/Management - Nepotism/Racism like I have never seen before - it is not uncommon for a non-Italian to be removed from a project and be told he is no longer needed anymore (excuses and lies are used), then to find out that an Italian has replaced him!!! Absolutely disgusting. - Feeling imprisoned in the workplace following implementation of systems from those who have served their time, plus the disaster of the office refurbishment (still ongoing after over 3 years, and the end is nowhere in sight) - No teamwork or utilisation of in-house experience particularly from non-Italian personnel - Low moral and a lack of enthusiasm due to all of the above - Lack of trust from senior members in the organisation (particularly those long served) - No flexibility whatsoever: a clock in system that is flawed, no working from home and to top it off Italian personnel turn up when they want and leave when they want (double standards!) - HR override decisions to show their power in the organisation and in most cases the decisions are unfair, pathetic and quite frankly unprofessional - No professionalism whatsoever - Differentiation in contracts between personnel undertaking the same role
