Pros
Professional and helpful co-workers (non-managerial level, non-HR). Good office cafeteria - good quality menu at affordable price. Office is old and needing serious refurbishment which is in progress since last year. Office space after refurbishment is very decent.
Cons
Lack of career progression if you are not Italian. Be very very careful with the HR (EIRL). They will act like bullies and shortchange whatever that have been agreed before. Many a time, they are not lying but just not telling you the whole truth; until you are deceived, thinking that you have got much better remuneration than it actually is. When you challenge them for clarification, that's when they use their bullying tactics and bring in external 'specialists' to confuse you with the details until you give in. Low emphasis on health and safety at workplace and employees' welfare.
