Pros
EnovaPremier is a wonder company whose upper management is completely unique in the manufacturing industry. Started working at EPWM after finishing undergrad. I didn't have any work experience, so working here during the initial launch period taught me a lot of lessons that will continue to utilize as I progress in my career. From learning learning QMS, six sigma principles, 8-step problem solving, to basic managements skills there was much to learn and develop me into a good leader for years to come.
Cons
There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed and exhausted. In the true nature of manufacturing turnover the entire landscape and original vision of the plant changed and no longer aligned with what I was willing to put up with.
