Database Engineer - Database Engineer Enprecis Group Employee Review

For context, I joined Enprecis as CEO in February 2018. This review refers to my predecessor whose communication skills I can't speak to. I've spent the past two decades in Silicon Valley building and motivating teams. And I'm thrilled to use my experience to help make Enprecis a great company. My focus is on building a great company - that's a great business backed by a great team. It's challenging and very rewarding work building that kind of company. One where the entire team is empowered to delight customers and grow the business, and learn and grow themselves. One of the ways we do that is to have monthly, transparent All Hands meetings. And I'm available to the team any time in Slack or where I sit, in the middle of the office. We actually haven't closed down and still have a team in the USA, including project management, data analysis, and Customer Success. We're also investing in the team, recruiting a Chief Relationship Officer in Detroit and several other positions. I'm sorry that your experience at Enprecis wasn't like this.
