In the beginning, they focused on a balance of life and work, making sure not to monopolize your time on weekends away from family. They also employed an active safety culture and safety training for all employees. Also, the bonus program was very rewarding.
Cons
Once management changed to an American site manager, the company lost sight of its employees and focused on production at all costs. The company is a flat company, where it is extremely limited for one to grow with the company and move up the ladder.
