Pros
I came onboard with Ensemble from another revenue cycle vendor and couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The knowledge and experience of the senior staff is unlike anything I've ever seen. I was hired to telecommute but after a few months of doing it with intermittent visits to the office in Huntersville NC, I decided to go "all in" and relocate to NC to be onsite with the Revenue Recovery team. Again, another decision I'm glad I made. The benefits are great, the potential for learning and being trained in new arenas of revenue cycle is never-ending, and the ongoing training is unlike anything I've ever seen. I hope to continue my career with Ensemble while not only succeeding in my job, but by being part of a great team!
Cons
The division of some of the areas of revenue cycle can seem somewhat overwhelming, but I'm determined to learn and embrace all of them that I can.
