Pros

A steady paycheck that’s it

Cons

Management, no training structure it relevant material. First my hire date was moved back 3 weeks without any notice. Then my recruiter stopped answering my calls as if I was getting up on her nerves. The training program they say is 90 days but it is a bait and switch after 30 days you will be working alone. No knowledge base system or resources to help you step by step process a credit. All the resources are dated and unhelpful, and you are micromanaged by managers who take long, frequent breaks as if you can’t see when they’re away. Then my trainer was bad mouthing me on a recorded training session to someone else, abandoned training with me for two weeks after I found out and went to upper management, who proceeded to defend her behavior. When I told my trainers I didn’t know how to do something, I was constantly told we would go over it but never did.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
