Pros
US culture of hire and fire. Not many pros to add here.
Cons
Staff are all overworked. No resources everything is done on a shoestring. Its 900+ employees with only a skeleton support staff. Managers/shareholders are lording it in Bermuda earning millions. The systems are a mess and really old(25 years plus) Compliance is terrible. Little regard for security. If anyone speakes up they castigated and fired. No matter how senior.
