Management sucks. The new 12hr shifts that you end up producing less than in 8hrs suck. There's no pay structure and if there is, they never stick to it. They get you to do more and more so you can prove yourself to them in order to earn a raise that you should've already been paid for and then find out that management promoted someone else for the same position you talked to them about.
