Pros

People here at Entelo are full of values. Irrespective of what title you hold, you will be respected. You feel like you belong to this place and I feel like I know everyone since years. Working as a Software Engineer everyone is very approachable. As much as everyone is willing to share knowledge and help, they are also responsive towards any new ideas. We also play video games and board games after work.

Cons

There aren't any major cons I can think of. As any new startup, processes at times feel like it needs some polish. Cross team discussions sometimes happen at the desk, which makes it little chaotic. But again these are nothing major compared to the pros and I am pretty sure even this will be improved if this feedback reaches right people.

I'm totally using "full of values" to describe Entelopes in the future. ;) i couldn't agree more and appreciate you recognizing it. I'm really glad you have seen the collaborative spirit upfront and awesome to know that you're bonding with your colleagues in and outside of working hours. I agree that cross-team collaboration is no easy feat at our size and growth rate. I'm open to any ideas as to how we can get better here. I think the new "war rooms" help to some extent with this and hope we continue to improve on this front throughout the year! -Jon
