      Pros

      The company is extremely people focused! I have had such a warm welcome and I am currently loving the work that I am doing! It is a very happy and motivating place of work!

      Cons

      You are contracted to do a 48 hour week which is difficult to adjust to but a month in and I’m finding it a lot easier. Management were very considerate when I first started allowing me to have weekends off and also helping me adjust to everything.

      Pros

      There are none since the corporate policy is to hire the young, burn them out and then replace with more youngsters. If you are over 40, they won't spend more than five minutes interviewing you. They already have lawsuits against them in Florida and California for age discrimination. This policy extends nationwide. Do not apply and expect to be hired since you won't be.

      You won't get hired at all if you are over 40.
