- An option for folks looking to break into tech - You'll likely do relatively easy stuff like CRUD work that doesn't require you to break a sweat or spend hours outside work acquiring skills. - Good "family" workplace, if you're into that, though I strongly believe that you should invest in having healthier social boundaries. - Good location near the Clarendon metro.

- Older reviews are correct. Read them. You've been warned! - Over-reliance on younger inexperienced folks and recent college grads. If you want to have fun at work in a collegiate environment, this could be a plus for you. If you're focused on career growth, besides the points above, you should look for teams filled with folks who earned their scars after several years of domain expertise to learn and grow from. This place is not it. - If you're early in your tech career, you will learn the wrong things here. See above. Once you accumulate enough knowledge to know (or already know) better, you'll be shocked at how poorly executed the work is. There is an aversion to deviation from a path that management is comfortable with. - The general sentiment is to deliver a contract and not a product. There are folks who are fine with this mindset. But if you're looking to grow in your tech career and do product development work, know that this mindset and the shortcuts taken to execute this vision, will set you up for failure long term. - Lastly, "kindness" is talked about endlessly. Folks misunderstand this very important value. Kindness isn't just putting on a smile and withholding facts to assuage the insecurities of those you're interacting with. Kindness is, sometimes, conveying honest hard truths. Leadership leans towards the former and isn't too kind towards the latter.
