A company that gave every single employee a work from home budget to make sure their home office was a place they enjoyed working from. A company that gave every single employee a Christmas bonus, even during Covid. A company that honours and celebrates our monthly office "Super Hero" with a monthly bonus. It is easy to blame people and employers, whether present or past for your lack of work ethic and motivation then it is to blame yourself for your own failures.
