close knit employees, get to know customers, multitasking environment, challenging training, great management, supportive management, team work, cooperative work environment
Cons
Small company, less room for advancement, advancement may require relocating, change is not readily accepted, not really sure what else there is as a con. Overall, I had a good experience.
