      Pros

      After the merger, the new management team sees the issues and is working to fix them. Amazing team of really smart people.

      Cons

      Systemic infighting between departments and sites. Lack of focus on common goals. No formal training for new hires(reading a product manual is not training). Utter lack of accountability for some employees.
