Pros
Sometime they would give free food. You get your class D security license paid for, ONLY if you stay for 6 months.
Cons
I worked as an agent 1 here for about 9 months. One of the worst jobs I've had in my life, they treat you like slaves not like employees. Every time you leave your seat you have to ASK a manager or you get in trouble even if it's just to grab some water or use the restroom. The pay is a joke. 1st shift you start out at 10.50, the whole 9 months I was there and never given a raise even though they had me training the new employees without asking if I was interested in training just put people with me, which they hire 4-7 people every week because the turn over rate is so high. Would randomly fire people on the regular so you were always wondering if you were next. Constantly changing the policies. Work schedule was all over the place you have to give a 10 hour or more availability window. On call days that are mandatory once a month. The system they use never worked correctly so made your job miserable. Customers were so rude, Constantly being yelled and cussed at. Overall it isn't a hard just it's just mentally draining from the management treating you like crap and the customers being so rude. And when I told them I was offered another job they asked if I would stay if they paid me more! Like really!? Maybe treating your employees right to begin with you wouldn't have to beg people to stay!
