Pros
Culture at the Indy HQ was alright. Felt mostly siloed but good cross-collaboration among various departments and SMEs when projects required it. Great to be a part of an organization dedicated to improving the welfare of people around the globe through medicine and research. My direct supervisor was fantastic and gave me a lot of room to grow but sadly was not able to make the transition into another role to remain with the company.
Cons
As a global company, there's a lot of moving pieces to orchestrate and while it's not inherently bad, there's room for miscommunication. Due to the nature of the industry, you often receive external noise regarding animal welfare and can make you rethink career path.
