      poor pay management pushed religion on employees wouldn't fire a stylist that did a poor job and left customers annoyed and unhappy

      Good discount , free cuts and cheap color

      Cons

      Negative workplace , Management constantly pushing religion, if not religious you're not treated very well. Not allowed to talk while at work when the manager is around , not allowed to take full breaks , very bad and unorganized management
