No micromanagement, but leadership lacks direction - Project Manager Enviromatic Systems Employee Review

Knowledge leader, not afraid of getting their hands dirty. You get to learn a little bit af every aspect of the process from install to project management to graphics to programming.

Sometimes can be a little over whelming.

Such a positive work environment. Everyone employed here is very friendly and willing to help you out. That is especially appreciated by people who are new to the job. Another thing I greatly appreciate is the “put the customer first” attitude that Enviromatic has. If you’ve ever worked at a company that does not feel that way, it can cause tension between your boss and your conscience which is never enjoyable. As a bonus this company has great benefits including PTO that increases with years of service which is nice.
