Thank you for sharing your perspective. For clarification, during the period referenced, no Material Handlers received an $0.80 per hour raise. There were small compensation adjustments made in select situations as additional incentives, but these were separate from and in addition to the regular annual compensation review process and performance-based increases. Compensation decisions are based on a range of factors, including performance, responsibilities, and business considerations, and while the full context behind those decisions may not always be visible, the company continues to refine how pay practices and total compensation are communicated. We also want to address the suggestion that positive reviews were written by the company. They were not. The company does not write employee reviews on behalf of employees, and the views expressed in posted reviews, whether positive or negative, are those of the individuals who chose to submit them.
