      Pros

      The site is nice, with very good use of a small area, given the breadth of habitat represented. Many wonderful volunteers and naturalists. It’s free.

      Cons

      Leadership is not very good. Senior leadership is insular. Dating amongst staff can also be a problem. The property is surrounded by some problem sites, with invasives and trash. Parking can be tight.
