Pros
They do have connections and influence with the right people in the environmental policy space which is an unfortunate reflection of environmental progress and who leads the charge in the US
Cons
Organization heavily relies on the mission of "speed" rather than driving real solutions. They do not care about the professional development or wellbeing of staff members who, when I was there, were primarily young women of color. Leadership have an old school mentality of overexerting high performing staff for little to no reward such as raises or promotions.
