Flexible work hours, teleworking though the current administration is taking that away, good work life balance

Too much work politics, current administration needs improvement, no maternity leave, poor morale, nothing happens to bad managers and staff that do nothing, senior management is incompetent, low opportunities for career growth, salary needs to be better, everyone is leaving
