Pros

More than one department to work in one job after the covid; baggage service, gates. Flexible schedule. Most people manage to work long hrs just to be there only 3 days a week. Fair pay.

Cons

Management was good before the Covid, there was a big change after. I left 2 years ago but I heard from my ex colleagues that it's a bit complicated in management since the good ones left. Might be hard to bid for good schedule if you are junior

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Cons

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
