Good salary and benefits with bigger projects

Management need to be more technical and transparent to employees

- very supportive and flexible for my and family's needs - acknowledgement and recognition for good work - I was new to P&C and got constant guidance and learning support - Fun many activities are organised throughout the year inclusive of all cultures and festivals I have a son and had to attend school meetings or take time off for doctors appointments or even just stay at home if my kid is unwell. Enzen and my manager has been the most supportive.

There are insurance and health club discounts and free vaccinations along with learning opportunity and flexibility. But would be good to have more financial employee benefits and annual bonuses.
