Pros
-There is very little work they trust you with, so your days are mostly spent watching videos online or reading books. -The little work that is there is very easy to do. -Nearby deli with good lunch options.
Cons
-The CEO will talk down to you constantly, and remind you exactly how replaceable you are. -He will also tell you to do something one way, then come down on you for doing it that way, and tell you to do it another way. When you adjust to the 2nd way, he will ask you why you aren't doing it the first way. -Very little training is given here, and career progression is functionally non-existent. -No holidays off, which will not be mentioned in any of the interviews. -If you're expecting to do IT work, guess again. You will have a script, and you will be expected to copy/paste from the script to reply to customers. If you deviate, you will be written up. Sure, you'll do things that LOOK like IT, but at the end of the day you will gain no meaningful experience at Enzu. -Promises will be made at the beginning, and their existence denied when the time comes.
