      Entire management is Family Very little in terms of upper support Odd Tiers in the support field, Tier 1.5 is a role here Training is very subpar Even when following the correct process, you'll get in trouble/yelled at Puts the word micro into micromanagement Everything is just copy and paste, no self thinking

      Pros

      It was really laid back, lots of friendly and approachable coworkers on my team. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Management was shuffled and things turned into micromanagement where we could only do things pre written on the intranet. If we tried to deviate we were questioned and eventually terminated even though we had the technical knowledge to operate without a script. Remote work turned towards needing to report to a physical office.
