The pay is meh, but industry average for CFIs.

Really enjoy my time here at Epic Flight Academy. There are many opportunities to grow within the company all around. - Work/balance is my favorite thing about working here. - Never an issue when I have to deal with personal issues when they arise. - Our fleet is pretty much brand new aircraft. - Pay is reasonable and we are treated with respect. - Company Culture is one where you feel like you belong and everyone from the CEO and management to the guys working on the line are always ready to greet you with a good morning and a smile.

Really don’t have anything to complain about. Many people complain about the prices or training, but when you walk into the aircrafts and simulators you will see why is worth every penny. Aircrafts are inspected and fix on a daily basis.
