- Zero to none in terms of pros. earlier there was learning - now its mostly trivial work after getting acquired
Cons
- Company got aquired by Optum and now product itself is in the verge of getting collapsed - no real growth - KT does not exist for new employee - Management has low budget for the team - so you get the situation - expect below market average pay. Don't have any expections from appraisals than below market standard - budget would be gulped by favorite seniors - Lots of bad toxic unethical politics in the culture which would feel stifling for mental health. Seniors won't let your work to shine and they would intentionally pull you down(through dirt political false facts means) like crab so that nobody can excel them even when you're not competing with anyone - excessive jealous seniors. Decisions from seniors are dictatorial which would kill your own thinking skills. If there is any good work they would take it up without discussing with anyone and make you do the menial tasks in and around it which they don't want to take - since they are of no learning and value addition in career. Also, unprofessional behaviour is not new in the standup and meetings of the team - so so many fights(which you will see around the years) which they themselves create to target a specific person even those who are senior to them. People would argue like illiterates. They won't share about product and developments properly and keep the info to themselves - again jealousy. Many people left with this complaint. - If you get POSH member to silently observe team behaviour with female co-workers so many of the seniors would get messed. - Above cons are not even 20% of what real mess happens
