Pros
Great and supportive people. Friendly atmosphere. Low stress but good work. Good employee perks like discounts on Epson and Seiko products. Lots of paid holidays. Paid vacation during Christmas holiday. Equal respect given if you start out as a contractor.
Cons
Get there early for closer parking spots. Only one set of restrooms per floor in the building. Smoking area should be moved farther away from main entrance.
