1. Service-based experienced managers hired, bringing their service-based mentality in a Product Company 2. School like micromanagement- in-out times observed by managers, despite HR policy against it 3. Office presence , involvement in social events more important than Task deliverables 4. Red-Tapism culture, you can’t try and fail and learn, you need approvals before you try 5. Three verticals v/s employee strength: Product (2%), Analytics (5%), Technology (93%), shows you it’s just a cheap labor play rather than a strategic outpost. 6. Unethical HR: complaint against manager is not investigated independently (manager is made aware and protected)
