      Nice company to start your career Work life balance is as good as it gets There are good benefits for you

      Some senior management look out only to protect their positions and won't support their employees Upper Management changes direction/vision often Added security layers since data breach witch is a good thing Senior Leadership seems confused

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
