There is no formal support or training, for sitting and passing exams, other than relying on the experience/goodwill of colleagues that have recently sat them. There is a wealth of experience to call upon though, so it never takes long to find someone.

I worked at Equilibrium for just over 7 years and I can honestly say it is the best place I have worked. There are so many pros that the company have but I think the team and the culture are the stand out. I have met some brilliant people there and made some friends for life. It is very much a collaborative environment where people are happy to support each other regardless of your role or department. The culture is incredible with a fun, modern and clean working environment. There is a pool table, dart board, arcade machine, free breakfast and healthy snacks and a great flexible working framework allowing colleagues to work from home or at the office. There are are staff events and social drinks throughout the year. Culture and social aspects aside Equilibrium also provided me with training and development since the day I arrived helping me to achieve my chartered status while developing my skills and responsibilities in my work. I feel I have developed so much in my time there and that is down to the incredible dedicated support provided to me by the company.
