Pros
Really great company to work for in terms of flexibility, atmosphere and company work culture. The work is varied and interesting and the environment is supportive.
Cons
Salaries are lower than peers but the culture makes up for this in my view, and benefits are good. There are fewer opportunities for non Norwegians.
