      I loved working for Equinox and would still be working there if not for having to move away due to personal reasons. Great employee culture, believed in the company and the cause, can't say enough.

      Pros

      Good income potential if selling out of a high-traffic location. Nice swag every so often. Free membership.

      Cons

      Huge (almost shocking) turnover rate for sales advisors. You will only succeed by having no work life balance. B2C sales means you don't have normal work hours, and the last 3 days of every month you must stay for 12+ hours to finish quotas.
